The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned AI Engineer with 5-10+ years of experience to join Acrisure's Enterprise Technology Group (ETG). In this senior-level role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking end-to-end ownership of complex AI initiatives. You will engage directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-defined work packages, drive execution, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Working alongside engineers, designers, and product teams, you'll build models, pipelines, and infrastructure that bring ideas to life at scale. Our stack includes Python, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud. We use tools like LangChain and work across NLP, LLMs, and applied ML.

In this role, you will:
  • Build and deploy ML models from prototype to production
  • Own the full lifecycle of ML projects
  • Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements
  • Translate requirements into structured work packages with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor and follow up to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable systems
  • Improve model accuracy, performance, and reliability
  • Apply best practices in testing, MLOps, and observability

You may be a great fit if you:
  • Have 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering (required)
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and lead projects without day-to-day supervision
  • Are confident engaging with non-technical business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and converting them into technical plans
  • Have strong Python skills (required); a second coding language is a plus
  • Have deep experience with ML algorithms and model development
  • Hold a BS in CS or a related field in AI Engineering
  • Have proven experience deploying LLM-based applications using API calls to frontier models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) (required)
  • Are familiar with the Palantir platform (AIP, Foundry, or Ontology) (desirable)
  • Are familiar with LangChain, LLMs, Kubernetes, or GCP (nice to have)

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Benefits and Perks:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Generous vacation policy, paid holidays, and paid sick time
  • Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance (employee-paid)
  • Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Company-paid Group Life insurance
  • Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Calm App subscription
  • Employee-paid Pet Insurance and optional supplemental insurance coverage
  • Vested 401(k) with company match and financial wellness programs
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) and commuter benefits options
  • Paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, and fertility benefits
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • ...and so much more!
