The role / why it matters
As a Senior Agent Product Manager, you will own post-sales customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. This is an implementation leadership role, not a traditional product roadmap position: you will quarterback customer relationships, work alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer, and help healthcare organizations put AI-enabled workflows into practice.
What you'll do
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder customer implementations across new specialties, products, and multi-site deployments.
• Own strategic customer relationships from kickoff through launch, coordinating stakeholders from office managers to senior clinical and executive leaders.
• Partner closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate customer workflows into actionable technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Analyze customer outcomes and product usage, then work with product and engineering teams on improvements and measure the results.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and automation that make implementations more efficient across customer accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering to maintain clear handoffs and a consistent customer experience.
• Work within a specialty-focused pod and share learnings that improve delivery across healthcare use cases.
What we're looking for
• 4-6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or a similar post-sales customer role.
• A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder customer deployments end to end.
• Strong customer relationship skills, including confidence with senior clinical and executive stakeholders.
• The ability to translate operational and customer needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Experience building or managing internal tools such as dashboards, ticket systems, or reporting infrastructure, with working proficiency in SQL, Claude Code, Retool, or comparable tools.
• A bachelor's degree and a record of building processes or systems in ambiguous environments.
Bonus points
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or healthcare AI.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Athena, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks, or communication platforms such as RingCentral or Twilio.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range is $175,000-$215,000 USD, with employee stock options and commission. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k); home-office setup reimbursement; meals; a wellness stipend; professional development support; commuter benefits; unlimited PTO; and a dog-friendly office.
Location / work model
This is a hybrid role based in either San Francisco or New York City, with four days per week on-site. Most of the team works from home on Wednesdays, though that is not a fixed schedule. Visa transfers are available for candidates already in the United States; new sponsorship from abroad is not offered. Candidates may relocate on their own, but there is no formal relocation package.
