Full Job Description
As a Senior Advisor within the Integrated Risk Management team, you will play a key role in the Bank's risk governance by contributing to the oversight of integrity and security risks, as well as to the evolution of the Integrated Issues Management Framework.

You will act as a trusted advisor to oversight functions and business units to strengthen the Bank's ability to identify, assess, monitor and manage these risks in a consistent and integrated manner.

Your role:
  • Contribute to the oversight of the integrity and security risk management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
  • Produce analyses, metrics and dashboards to identify risks, trends and issues in order to support senior management oversight and governance bodies.
  • Contribute to the development, evolution and application of an Integrated Issues Management Framework that promotes consistent, rigorous and proactive risk management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to oversight functions and business units by providing constructive challenge and supporting the evolution of risk management practices.
  • Support partners in implementing and monitoring issue remediation plans to ensure the sustainable and effective integration of risk mitigation measures.
  • Contribute to assessing and demonstrating the effectiveness of the risk management framework through relevant analyses and assessments.
  • Support interactions with regulators, auditors and governance bodies, as well as executive reporting activities.

Your team:

Within the Integrated Risk Management and Credit Analytics sector, you will be part of the Integrated Risk Management team and report to the Senior Director, Integrated Risk Management.

Your impact: You will contribute to proactive risk management, effective oversight of significant issues, and the strengthening of a robust governance framework that meets regulatory expectations.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in non-financial risk management, integrity and security, compliance, or governance
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and requirements applicable to financial institutions.
  • Significant experience in implementing and applying risk management practices, including risk frameworks and policies, second-line oversight, controls, and remediation plans
  • Ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues for various audiences
