Job Description

Lead pioneering electrical engineering projects in electric aircraft and eVTOL systems. Oversee design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components influencing flight surfaces. Provide technical expertise and support to a dynamic aerospace engineering team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve project goals.

Reporting to the Engineering Program Manager, based in Torrance, California or Tempe, Arizona with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of advanced aerospace engineering projects.
• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct technical reviews ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 5+ years project engineering experience in aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, project management, and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.

BENEFITS
The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 -$168,000. Salary depends on position scope, experience, education, skills, and market factors.
