Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in modeling and display tasks for Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS).
• Proficiency with Alstom Grid/GE Habitat and database modeling, especially SCADA modeling.
• Familiarity with Alstom Grid/GE Display Builder and e-terraSource.
• Experience with ADMS applications such as FLISR and OMS is preferred.
• Basic computer programming/scripting skills are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and Power Systems Engineering is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform modeling and display building tasks for Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).
• Conduct Habitat and database modeling.
• Support ADMS features like FLISR and OMS as needed.
• Develop a geographic connectivity model incorporating engineering data for power flow modeling in ADMS.
• Troubleshoot and enhance distribution models for improved Power Flow modeling and Bus Load Allocation.
• Analyze connectivity issues and errors during model builds and work with source systems to resolve them.
