Senior Actimize IFM DeveloperPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Actimize IFM Developer to design, develop, and enhance the NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) platform. In this role, you will build and maintain fraud detection solutions, develop custom workflows and business rules, integrate enterprise data sources, and support critical fraud prevention initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain the NICE Actimize IFM platform, including workflows, plugins, custom rules, and business logic.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and support data integrations, ETL processes, and application interfaces.
- Collaborate with fraud operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver new features and platform enhancements.
- Perform application upgrades, patches, and performance tuning while ensuring platform stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including participation in on-call support as required.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, risk management, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications- 6+ years of application development experience, including Actimize IFM.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Actimize workflows, plugins, custom rules, and business logic.
- 4+ years supporting enterprise fraud management or financial crime applications.
- 4+ years of experience with data integration, ETL, and application interfaces.
- 3+ years supporting production environments, application upgrades, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of fraud detection, banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Knowledge of AML, fraud prevention, or financial crime solutions.
- Experience with Actimize platform upgrades and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting 24x7 production environments.
- Experience integrating Actimize with enterprise and third-party applications.
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
TravelMinimal travel required (up to 10%) based on business and project needs.
Pay TransparencyWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $ $87,120-$181,500 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
