Description

Markon is building a talent pool of Senior Accreditation Analysts to support future Intelligence Community facility and secure construction missions. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify experienced professionals to support the accreditation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and ensure accreditation packages comply with ICD 705, ICS 705-2, Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC), and applicable security requirements. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings requiring senior-level accreditation expertise, compliance review, stakeholder coordination, and technical guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze SCIF accreditation packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with ICD 705, ICS 705-2, and applicable security requirements.
  • Evaluate Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and supporting documentation to identify deficiencies and ensure accreditation requirements are satisfied.
  • Prepare accreditation review memoranda, findings, recommendations, and other supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with Cognizant Security Authorities (CSAs), facility owners, security personnel, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the accreditation process.
  • Process and support reciprocal use determinations and related accreditation activities.
  • Track accreditation packages, deficiencies, corrective actions, and required documentation through completion.
  • Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders on SCIF accreditation requirements, documentation, and compliance issues.
  • Mentor junior accreditation analysts and provide quality control review of accreditation documentation.
  • Support multiple accreditation efforts and priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 6 years of directly relevant SCIF accreditation experience may substitute for a degree
  • 5+ years of experience processing SCIF accreditation packages under ICD 705 and ICS 705-2
  • Thorough knowledge of Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC) requirements and SCIF accreditation processes
  • Experience reviewing accreditation packages and supporting documentation for compliance
  • Experience preparing accreditation review memoranda, findings, and recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of ICD 705, ICS 705-2, and applicable secure facility requirements
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills

Desired:

  • Experience coordinating accreditation activities with Cognizant Security Authorities (CSAs) and facility owners
  • Experience processing reciprocal use determinations

Salary RangeUSD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
