What Drives SuccessWe are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to lead the local accounting function and support our month-end close and core accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who enjoys structured, deadline-driven work and takes pride in clean reconciliations and audit-ready documentation. The Senior Accounting Analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting audits, and maintaining strong accounting controls.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with FP&A, Shared Services and Corporate Accounting during close
- Lead internal and external audit processes by partnering with various local business functions and Corporate Accounting and Shared Services
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Own balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
- Support intercompany, purchasing and inventory accounting, including in-transit inventory, payables and reserves
- Prepare and post a limited number of journal entries and accruals in accordance with GAAP
- Support internal and external audits and internal compliance with clear documentation and schedules
- Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency and process consistency
What We Are Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8+ years of accounting experience with strong exposure to month-end close
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting, SOX compliance and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills; well versed in full Microsoft Suite; ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working under close deadlines
- Manufacturing or distribution experience a plus
- Must have strong communication skills and be a team-player
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$77,000 - $100,800 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
