ABOUT THE TEAMWe are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant, M&A Accounting to help Anduril support its hyper-growth and scale our global integration efforts. Reporting directly to the Director, M&A Accounting, you will be a key member of a dedicated team of M&A accountants focused on centralizing M&A-related responsibilities from the broader Anduril Accounting department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Actively support a dedicated team of M&A accountants in centralizing and executing all M&A-related accounting activities.
- Support and assist with pre-close Accounting and Tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
- Assist with Day One post-acquisition readiness preparation, including drafting documentation for leveling, compensation reviews, and integration recommendations for the acquired accounting team.
- Travel on Day One post-acquisition to assist in delivering comprehensive overviews of Anduril's people, processes, and systems to newly acquired accounting teams.
- Prepare closing balance sheets and support the detailed review of acquired entities' closing balance sheets.
- Prepare and draft final closing statements and supporting schedules.
- Execute and support the opening balance sheet crosswalk process.
- Support the hands-on integration of acquired accounting processes into.
- Anduril's Oracle Fusion and broader boundary system ecosystem.
- Provide hands-on operational support, including temporarily filling in for departed team members from acquired accounting teams as needed.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams including Corporate Development, Legal, PMI, CorpTech, Tax, Technical Accounting, and General Accounting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles (Senior/Manager level) or consulting roles (Senior/Manager level); a mix of both in-house corporate and consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Highly developed IQ and EQ, with the communication skills necessary to navigate complex personnel integrations and cross-functional partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience supporting the integration of acquired business processes into ERP ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
- Highly collaborative and hands-on professional who is eager to dive into the details to drive execution.
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") (or similar equivalent in other jurisdictions) is preferred.
- CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
US Salary Range
$99,000-$130,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
