    • Ensure Balance Sheet accounts are properly calculated, supported, and fully reconciled each period.
    • Review cost center results, identify anomalies or trends, and communicate insights proactively.
    • Support both Internal and External audit processes with complete, organized, and timely documentation.

    Data, Reporting & Analysis

    • Work extensively with large data sets, applying advanced Excel skills (Power Query, SQL familiarity, pivoting, modeling, automation) to drive accuracy and efficiency.
    • Perform and enhance recurring and ad-hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making.
    • Build or refine process flows, templates, and analysis methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance transparency.
    • Assist with the development, tracking, and documentation of internal controls and accounting SOPs.

    Systems & Process Improvement

    • Work within and across Epicor, NetSuite, and QuickBooks environments, supporting data integrity and identifying opportunities for workflow optimization.
    • Support ongoing system integration efforts as the portfolio evolves.
    • Partner with the broader accounting team to improve cross-entity reporting and standardization.

    • Provide timely responses to internal requests from Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Corporate Accounting.
    • Participate in department-wide initiatives, special projects, and strategic enhancements as assigned.
