Overall Purpose
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports, lead complex accounting projects, and support compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies. Responsibilities include collecting, recording, classifying, examining, analyzing, and reporting accounting transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to manage complex financial activities with accuracy and timeliness. This individual is comfortable working independently, leading or supporting accounting-related projects, and partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. They demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to process improvement, and the ability to interpret and apply accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Financial Reporting:Prepare accurate and timelyboth internal and externalfinancial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulatory requirements.Help in preparation ofprofit and loss, income, and balance sheet statements. Additionally, support audit activities and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from leadership.
General Ledger Management:Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, and support month-end and year-end close processes.

Bachelor27s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of related experience required. Certification may be required in some areas.
