Full Job Description

As part of the Account team within Marketing’s Creative and Content organization, theSenior Account Managerplays a pivotal role in advancing enterprise creative excellence and driving business value through integrated marketing campaigns. This role leads content and creative strategy across brand systems, translating business objectives and audience insights into compelling campaign strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Role Functions

  • Lead the development and execution for a diverse brand portfolio, including acquisition and engagement marketing initiatives across all media channels

  • Foster strong, cross-functional partnerships with internal agency teams, marketing colleagues, and external agencies

  • Oversee customer-centric campaign strategies and guide conceptual milestones

  • Utilize performance marketing expertise and research insights to deliver impactful creative solutions

  • Leverage business, industry, and competitive knowledge to generate innovative ideas supporting strategic business and marketing growth

  • Ensure all work aligns with brand and business strategies, maintaining quality and integrity in execution

  • Collaborate consistently with team members throughout the work process to deliver creative solutions that are on strategy, on time, and within budget

  • Ensure work aligns with brand and campaign strategy, client objective and help maintain consistency across campaigns, channels and audience touchpoints

Required Qualifications

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$86,300 - $118,700 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
