What You'll Do

At Spotter, we're transforming how the world's leading brands partner with creators. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing Ad Sales team. In this high-impact role, you will help strengthen client partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and bring innovative advertising campaigns to life. You'll work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to develop strategic media plans, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities to maximize results through creator-led video solutions. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience managing Entertainment (Studio) and/or Gaming accounts on the publisher side, who understand the unique priorities, challenges, and pace of these industries.This position is based in our Los Angeles office with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key clients and agency partners
  • Partner with your Account Director to share best practices, improve campaign performance, and introduce clients to new and existing offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing, research, and operations teams to develop creator-focused advertising opportunities across priority categories and brands
  • Manage creator-led initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate KPIs, identify trends, optimize performance, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and maintain professional written and verbal communication across all interactions with internal teams, clients, agency partners, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare polished post-campaign reports that highlight results, case studies, and recommendations for future initiatives
  • Support revenue growth by identifying upsell and renewal opportunities within existing account

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with clients to understand business goals, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities while developing data-driven strategies
  • Experience in digital media, advertising technology, performance marketing, brand marketing, or a related industry

Preferred Qualifications
  • Highly preferred 1-2 years of experience managing Entertainment (Studio) and/or Gaming accounts on the publisher side, with a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and the distinct business needs, priorities, and dynamics that shape these industries
  • Strong interest in the creator economy and understanding of the role creators play in today's media landscape
  • Demonstrated success managing revenue goals and consistently delivering strong results
  • Proven track record of earning strong performance reviews, exceeding client expectations, and delivering measurable business results.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100K-$110K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter's total compensation package for employees.
