Full Job Description
We're looking for a proactive Senior Account Manager to independently run client accounts from start to finish. This is a senior-level role for someone who can own accounts, manage deliverables, and build strong client relationships without requiring day-to-day oversight. You'll be the primary driver of account success, managing both the client relationship and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed both client and agency expectations. This role will report into the Head of Accounts.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead on multiple client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Run accounts autonomously, taking full ownership of project outcomes and client relationships.
  • Develop agency staffing plans and project schedules, setting the project team up for successful delivery.
  • Develop SOWs that align with client goals and agency strategy for assigned projects.
  • Own the management of internal workflows, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, production) to meet key milestones and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify priorities and task assignments for internal teams.
  • Manage budgets, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to clients and leadership.
  • Own project communication, providing clients and internal teams with clear and concise recaps, including any feedback, next steps, and key decisions..
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, presenting confidently and professionally.
  • Provide joint account and project management on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upsells, or new initiatives.
  • Ensure all work upholds SSS's creative standards and brand values.
  • Mentor junior account staff, providing guidance on workflow and best practices.

Salary Range
  • The hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
