Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience working with data to identify trends and performance insights.
- Experience with Google and YouTube's Workspace of advertising products.
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
- Capable of building and maintaining relationships with external clients and working cross-functionally with internal partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to execute these skills virtually and in-person.
- Excellent organizational, investigative and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities - Lead the execution and optimization of complex digital campaigns across Search and YouTube , leveraging Value Based Bidding (VBB), consolidation, and data strength best practices.
- Maintain clean technical setups, including conversion tracking, offline conversion tracking and tag configurations to ensure data integrity.
- Manage account health, including maximizing campaign investments, bid strategy alignment, and resolving complex billing and troubleshooting for clients.
- Deliver highly-tailored, professional communication. Own the creation of clean, structured, and easy-to-follow customer-facing deliverables with clear and actionable takeaways.
- Act as a key daily point of contact for external partners and media agencies, proactively building trust and unlocking deeper client relationships.
