The Opportunity
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and mentoring the broader sales and estimating team. You'll be expected to lead from the front-actively engaging in business development activities, coaching your team, and maintaining the highest level of accountability and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, in-person visits, and consistent follow-up
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets in alignment with yearly KPIs
  • Support and mentor account managers and estimators to ensure their continual development and success
  • Execute monthly marketing strategies including industry events, presentations, and networking activities
  • Oversee accurate use of CRM tools (HubSpot), ensuring detailed documentation and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and client-aligned proposals

What You Bring
