- 6-10 years of account management experience within a marketing agency.
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms.

The total target compensation for this role will be an annual salary of $80,000 - $95,000. Pay will be determined based on location, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant business considerations.
