Job Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis and work from home with regular field work

Job Status: Full Time - 40 hours/week

Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing TC Spine's relationships with key referring offices and Health Systems, marketing directly to patients seeking spine care, and promoting our services in the communities we serve to drive growth by increasing patient volumes in both the clinical and surgical setting. This role will focus on identifying and developing effective marketing and sales strategies that expand TC Spine's market share across the Upper Midwest. This role requires deep industry knowledge and experience with strong strategic sales and marketing skills directed at increasing TC Spine's brand recognition through a variety of venues including but not limited to social media, face to face meetings, and trade shows.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains partnerships with referring providers (primary care and specialists) along with their staff, health systems and other key stakeholders
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts
  • Identifies clients' needs and works to provide tailored solutions that align with their goals
  • Develops and maintains strong ties and growth of referrals with Allina marketing team and Allina medical clinic staff and providers
  • Designs a targeted marketing plan for assigned territory and promotes TC Spine's providers experience and expertise
  • Collaborate with management team and all providers, ensuring the patient experience is always prioritized
  • Develops and executes sales, marketing, and business development strategies to meet or exceed increased clinical and surgical volume
  • Conducts and reviews market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Identifies prospects for new business opportunities and manages a sales pipeline
  • Enhances TC Spine's brand visibility through digital platforms, media outlets, trade shows, face to face meetings, and social media engagement
  • Prepares regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market analysis
  • Provides market intelligence to help guide TC Spine's strategic direction
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare providers
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of marketing and sales experience in a healthcare setting
  • Familiar with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ACA) and market trends in healthcare
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Excellent people skills, demonstrating professionalism and relationship-building abilities
  • Current with healthcare industry and providers, especially in spine services
  • Experience managing projects, events, and campaigns from start to finish
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables within Excel
