About the roleAspire is an all-in-one finance platform helping modern businesses manage payments, corporate cards, FX, and expense management globally. We are expanding globally with new product launches this year, and this APAC-focused role will accelerate mid-market new logo growth across the region.
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive (AE) to drive new customer acquisition across mid-market companies in APAC.
This is a pure outbound, new-logo acquisition role with full revenue ownership across APAC mid-market tech-first companies.You are expected to generate early revenue momentum and sustain high performance throughout the year. While SDR and GTM engineering resources will support execution, pipeline generation is primarily self-driven through disciplined outbound and field engagement.
What You Will DoOutbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation- Identify and target mid-market companies across APAC within tech-first and digital-native ecosystems.
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline through structured cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events).
- Independently generate and progress opportunities from first touch to close.
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, including discovery, solution positioning, commercials, and negotiation.
- Sell Aspire's multi-product platform across payments, FX, corporate cards, and expense management.
- Engage CFOs, Finance Leaders, Founders, and Operations Heads with ROI-driven value propositions.
Field & Ecosystem Hunting- Represent Aspire at regional conferences and industry events.
- Drive pre-event prospecting and post-event conversion to ensure pipeline impact.
- Travel across APAC as required.
Product & ICP Feedback Loop- Capture structured insights from win/loss cycles, objections, feature gaps, onboarding friction, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with Product and GTM teams to refine ICP targeting, messaging, and qualification signals.
- Contribute to improving win rate and segment scalability through actionable field feedback.
What We Are Looking ForRequired- 5+ years of quota-carrying AE experience with consistent net-new logo acquisition.
- Proven outbound hunter who can self-generate pipeline and close complex deals end-to-end.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with high accountability.
Preferred- Background from fintech or SaaS platforms selling into similar mid-market ICPs.
- Experience using AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
- Willingness to travel across APAC.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (and/or Cantonese) is a plus.
