Job Role : Semiconductor Failure Analysis Technician

Job Skills
Semiconductor packagesilicon sample prep for failure analysis using CNC polishing and other lab equipment.
Handson work to electrical FAFI and physical silicon debug Lab operation.
Perform nano probing and micro probing from packaged devices to Si level using SEM.
Performing handson test data collection using ATE tester Parametric Analyzer Oscilloscope and curve tracer.
Logistical support of transporting packaged IC parts between Labs within short distance.
Manage lab consumables including chemical prep and probe tip inventory.
Other Expectations
Attention to detail and well organized.
Ability to follow given instructions clearly.
Candidate should have reliable transportation and are OK with daily commute as it is 100 onsite work.
Candidate must have good attitude communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
