Full Job Description
We are looking for a technically accomplished Segment Sales Lead to accelerate global adoption of NVIDIA Mission Control, infrastructure software for AI factories. This visible global individual-contributor role leads technical sales, field enablement, and adoption across enterprises, OEMs, and data-center operators. Partnering with sales, solutions architecture, product, engineering, strategy, and operations, the role turns complex capabilities into repeatable deployment outcomes. This is an outstanding opportunity to build how customers deploy, operate, and scale AI factory infrastructure while supporting NVIDIA's software growth. What you'll be doing: • Lead the global sales approach for NVIDIA Mission Control, promoting field readiness and enterprise adoption while supporting software revenue goals. • Develop enablement and adoption approaches for enterprises, OEMs, and data-center operators alongside product, engineering, regional sales, strategy, and operations. • Equip account managers and solutions architects with training, discovery frameworks, technical narratives, demonstrations, and deployment-focused sales plays. • Translate product capabilities into reference architectures, solution collateral, deployment mentorship, and repeatable AI factory practices. • Work with OEMs to align solution positioning, joint enablement, and Mission Control customer engagements. • Manage the global adoption pipeline, forecast software revenue contribution, and present customer insights, risks, and actions to NVIDIA leadership. What we need to see: • Master's degree in Business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, partner sales, or business development, preferably spanning infrastructure and enterprise software. • Demonstrated success owning significant software revenue targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in B2B technology environments. • Demonstrated skill in coordinating cross-functional groups - including account management, solutions architecture, product, operations, finance, and strategy - to back large commercial transactions. • Experience building and managing global pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and go-to-market execution using modern pipeline-management and AI-enabled tools. • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build trust with internal senior leaders and external C-suite audiences. Ways to stand out from the crowd: • Experience growing a global software business. • Proven connections within OEM, ISV, or enterprise technology ecosystems. • Experience crafting and scaling partner-led software sales programs across multiple regions. • Ability to convey technical software features in a way that highlights business value for executive audiences. • Track record of operating successfully in a fast paced, highly cross-functional environment with evolving products and go-to-market strategies. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD.
