• Collaborate with Customer Advocacy and Learning Teams to ensure customers have a strong and positive post-purchase experience.
• Own the Segment marketing strategy and drive initiatives that support the achievement of commercial targets, partnering closely with Segment Directors, Segment and Product Marketing Managers, and Product Managers on upcoming releases and persona development.
• Work cross-functionally with Segment and Product Marketing Managers, and the broader marketing team, to execute and continuously iterate on an innovative and effective marketing strategy that is closely tied to the Segment commercial strategy. This role also requires an all-rounder, who is experienced in delivering multi-touch, integrated campaigns.
• Support customer facing teams in selling Seequent products and solutions. This will mean creation of critical sales enablement materials and supporting the upskilling of staff on products, solutions and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Segment Directors, Marketing, Customer Experience teams, and customers to define and design engaging user journeys that attract, convert, and retain customers.
• Segment users at each stage of the user journey by designing, collecting and analysing engagement data. Use this data to deliver effective targeted marketing and sales communications.
• Leverage customer feedback to validate, refine, or evolve segment marketing strategies and user journeys.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, assess current and prospective markets, and identify future opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing data is accurately documented and stored in compliance with local regulations.
• Guarantee marketing content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with any statutory requirements.
