Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer the company security systems, including video management and alarms.
• Execute maintenance programs for security systems and perform repairs.
• Support field staff in diagnosing and resolving security issues remotely.
• Coordinate with vendors for technician dispatch and system maintenance.
• Analyze data to monitor system trends and minimize issues.
• Stay updated on new security technologies and recommend improvements.
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure quality service.
• Assist with property turnover and acquisition due diligence.
• Communicate proactively with business partners.
