Role Overview:This role is for a dedicated Scrum Lead and Project Manager to drive a critical data security program. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of security initiatives in alignment with business and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
- Oversee project execution across IAM and security workstreams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals.
- Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements.
Required Skills:- 10+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with strong Security initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
- Background in security projects (cybersecurity, risk management, IAM, or compliance).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytics skills.
Qualifications:- Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) is a MUST.
- Minimum 6-8 years of overall experience.
