Role Overview:This role is for a Scrum Lead and Project Manager to drive a critical data security program. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with business and compliance goals within security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
- Oversee project execution across IAM and security workstreams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals.
- Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements.
Required Skills:- 10+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with strong Security initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
- Background in security projects including cybersecurity, risk management, IAM, or compliance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Agile Way of Working.
- Strong Project Management capabilities.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Required Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
