What You'll Do:- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor incoming calls, alarms, access-control notifications, and other communications; document information accurately and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to designated contacts and emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, and activity records while communicating timely updates to site leadership and field personnel.
- Coordinate regular and random patrol activities around the business and perimeter, using available systems to support awareness of conditions across the location.
Minimum Requirements:- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
