Shall chair bi-weeklysecuritymeetings

High school diploma required.
Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a security coordination, security administration, or security management role, preferably supporting government, defence, infrastructure, or other high-security projects.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Security Implementation Plans, security procedures, and compliance programs.
Strong knowledge of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Contract Security Program (CSP) requirements, including personnel screening and safeguarding of information.
Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and security authorities, including DND, DCC, PSPC, or similar organizations, is considered an asset.
Experience leading security personnel and managing project security requirements.
Experience investigating, documenting, and reporting security incidents, breaches, and corrective actions.
Knowledge of document safeguarding, secure media handling, and information protection requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Holding a recognized ASIS certification, such as Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP), is considered an asset.
Must possess, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, a Government of Canada security clearance.
Strong organizational, analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver security awareness training and chair stakeholder meetings.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
