The RoleWe're on the hunt for a
Securities Litigation Associate with
4+ years of experience to join our fast-paced and highly respected litigation group. You'll dive into headline-grabbing class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, and white-collar matters that span SEC investigations, DOJ enforcement, and internal investigations into accounting, whistleblower, or anti-bribery concerns.

What You Bring- At least 4 years of relevant experience in securities litigation and/or regulatory defense
- Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills (aka, you own the brief and kill it in the room)
- A law degree from a top school and a record of academic excellence
- Bar membership in the state where you plan to practice, or eligibility to sit/waive in
- A collaborative mindset and readiness to dig into meaningful, complex work

Compensation + Perks- Base salary range: $310,000 - $445,000
