Seasonal Marketing Brand Specialist

Chicago, IL

Office-based

This job will play a key role in enabling Seasonal Marketing excellence through strong, proactive project execution, innovation development, support for best-in-class sales materials and events, leveraging data to provide insights/recommendations and positive, culture building energy and teamwork.

This is a tremendous entry-level opportunity into Marketing at Mars Snacking for a highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented team player with a passion for the Consumer and doing excellent work.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years professional experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or an analytical field
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with cross-functional groups.

What would be your key responsibilities?
  • Master sheet data ownership and coordination
  • Item Set up ownership for the entire portfolio
  • Lead Graphics execution & artwork management
  • Collaborate to develop and execute custom items for tailwind channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and agency partners on selling materials (portfolio decks)
  • Assist with PPM project execution work
  • Assist with CP/social tactics and production execution
  • Assist Seasonal Ops team with sales sample process and sales kits
  • Social media team liaison
  • Provide key marketing inputs for After Action Reviews (with T2s)
  • Provide foundational Nielsen analysis for the seasons or specific areas of the seasonal business
  • Support teammates and contribute to a highly motivated, engaged and fun team culture

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 74,511.00 - USD 102,453.00
