Scrum Master
The Opportunity:

As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing critical systems. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need an experienced scrum master like you to create solutions that'll drive mission critical capabilities.

On our team, you'll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You'll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Metrics
  • Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
  • Experience with teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
