Job Description͏- Define program objectives, scope, roadmap, and success criteria.
- Drive governance, program reviews, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure delivery excellence across schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
- Govern end-to-end implementation of enterprise integration solutions using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native integration platforms.
- Manage dependencies across application, infrastructure, security, network, and data teams.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and vendor partners.
- Present program status, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and vendor engagements.
- Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
- Establish program metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years managing large integration programs.
- Experience leading multi-million-dollar transformation and integration initiatives.
- Proven experience working on multi-vendor platform integration programs at a strategic level.
- Experience managing global, distributed delivery teams and vendor ecosystems.
- Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
