Full Job Description
  • Associate to have a Scrum master experience for a minimum of 8 years Should have an working experience with at least 10 team members in corresponding Agile team Also heshe should have an experience in representing the team in Scrum of Scrums
  • Should have an experience of handling the team which has both onsite and offshore team members Should be able to coordinate well with product owner and other Agile team members on below tasks
  • Facilitate and provide support to the team in Agile ceremonies like the sprint planning meeting the daily standup meeting the sprint review meeting and the sprint retrospective meeting
  • Able to support the team in preparing user stories from epics
  • Make sure team is following Scrum framework values and Agile practices
  • Mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes
  • Facilitating Agile meetings work towards eliminating impediments if any
  • Help the team in decision making scenarios etc
  • Should have hands on experience of using GENAI capabilities in day to day work as well as encourage the team to use the same Should have an experience of capturing and reporting GENAI savings to required stakeholders
  • Should have good understanding on end to end flow of DevOps process


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 72,000 to 90,909
