Job Summary

We are seeking a Scrum Master and PreProduction Support Engineer to support both digital release management and lower-environment production readiness activities. The role combines Scrum Master and project management responsibilities with hands-on pre-production system support. The selected candidate will manage digital releases across SDLC phases, coordinate testing, compliance, and implementation activities, and provide engineering support for feature development and release environments. The role requires strong collaboration across development, DBA, enterprise partners, and delivery teams, along with excellent communication, risk management, dependency management, and organizational change leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage digital releases across SDLC phases, including testing, compliance, implementation coordination, and release readiness.
• Manage release artifacts and workflows using enterprise tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Apply Scrum Master and project management practices to coordinate delivery activities and maintain team alignment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, discussions, planning, and collaboration across delivery teams.
• Support lower-environment problem and incident management for feature development and release environments.
• Coordinate pre-production support activities across development, DBA, and enterprise partner teams.
• Provide system support and operational assistance for pre-production environments.
• Support testing activities including switch enablement, testing down, and debug enablement.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of issues impacting development and release environments.
• Manage incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk.
• Track risks, dependencies, issues, and actions throughout release and pre-production activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Support delivery teams in navigating ambiguity and facilitating discussions to identify effective solutions.
• Help drive organizational change and improve delivery processes within a matrix environment.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• 5+ years of experience with workflow and collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• 5+ years of experience applying human-centered design principles.
• 5+ years of strong risk management leadership experience.
• 5+ years of strong dependency management experience.
• 5+ years of experience communicating effectively in written and verbal formats at all organizational levels, including senior executive leadership.
• 5+ years of experience influencing and leading organizational change in dynamic environments.
• 5+ years of experience working and influencing successfully within matrixed organizations and building effective business partnerships.
• 5+ years of experience working with and leading delivery teams.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in software delivery environments.
• Experience supporting systems or operations in pre-production or lower environments.
• Experience coordinating technical teams including development, DBA, and enterprise support teams.
• Strong facilitation, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to identify the best possible solutions.
