Scrum Lead & PM for digital assets supporting two pods
Being the Lead Scrum Master in Digital Client Enablement Technology, you will support a centralized digital technology team focused on middleware, infrastructure, and client enablement capabilities that serve both external clients and internal applications. You will go beyond standard application delivery by helping the team understand and manage the broader business, client, environmental, dependency, and cross-team impacts of middleware and infrastructure work. In this role, you will drive Agile execution, facilitate ceremonies, manage dependencies, improve delivery transparency, and partner closely with the Product Owner, technology lead, squad, portfolio managers, stakeholders, and management to ensure priorities, risks, roadmaps, impediments, and outcomes are clearly communicated and kept on track.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership and Delivery Execution
• Apply strong Agile and Scrum knowledge to support a Digital Client Enablement Technology squad working across middleware, infrastructure, and client-facing enablement capabilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team is aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery commitments
• Partner with the Product Owner and squad to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog with well-refined user stories and clearly understood outcomes
• Balance delivery timeframes with continuous iteration so stakeholder and client feedback can be incorporated into team planning and execution
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and related coordination forums to ensure alignment across squads, teams, and broader technology priorities
Digital Client Enablement, Middleware, and Infrastructure Coordination
• Support delivery for middleware and infrastructure capabilities that enable interaction between clients and Internal, as well as services used by internal applications
• Help coordinate work across infrastructure and middleware areas such as data, Tomcat, APIs, open containers, MQ/MP, and FIX, where applicable to the teams scope
• Understand that middleware and infrastructure delivery can have broad downstream impacts, requiring attention to business impact, client impact, environmental readiness, and cross-application dependencies
• Actively identify delivery risks, dependency gaps, impediments, and communication needs across teams, escalating appropriately and driving timely resolution
• Support a team environment that includes a significant number of new team members by helping establish effective Agile ways of working, communication rhythms, and delivery discipline
Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Program Visibility
• Provide clear, proactive, and transparent communication to technology leads, portfolio managers, stakeholders, and management on progress, risks, impediments, and delivery status
• Drive practical communication between the technology lead and the broader team, ensuring ideas, updates, concerns, and roadmaps are su rfaced early and clearly
• Partner with portfolio management and program stakeholders to share updates, identify opportunities for improvement, and support roadmap visibility
• Use concise metrics and delivery updates to create transparency and help stakeholders understand progress, risks, and decisions needed
• Serve as a connector across teams and stakeholders, helping manage competing priorities and ensuring alignment to delivery goals
Salary Range- $90,000-$100,000 a year
