Position Overview- Provide physical therapy services to K-12 students across three school campuses, with the majority of the caseload serving elementary-aged students.
- Evaluate students' physical needs and develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support mobility, motor skills, and functional participation in the school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the student support team to monitor progress and promote student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, student progress, and services provided.
Qualifications - Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly elementary students, is preferred
