Schedule: Monday-Friday | Onsite greater than 50% of the workweek

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Provides enterprise leadership for advancing scheduling strategy, standards, and performance across Ascension.
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation/ sustainment of scheduling best practices, and partnering with operational and clinical leaders to ensure alignment with staffing targets, labor budgets, and patient care needs.
  • Leads initiatives that strengthen schedule integrity, reduce premium labor, and promote equitable and transparent scheduling processes.
  • Provides oversight of scheduling governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to advance Scheduling Excellence across ministries.
  • Responsible for working with market schedulers to improve schedule quality, timeliness, accuracy and completeness and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met in these areas.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
    degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
