Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Assistant Scheduler as needed.
  • Utilize Company-approved computer scheduling system efficiently.
  • Develop and manage pre-construction proposal and bid schedules.
  • Support Project Manager and Superintendent in creating master and subcontractor schedules.
  • Conduct schedule analysis for change orders and claims.
  • Aid in preparation and analysis of claims.
  • Establish scheduling department procedures and standards.
  • Train field personnel on scheduling processes and expectations.
  • Prepare 'as built' schedules to accurately reflect project progress.

Compensation Range
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Annual Salary

Develop pre-construction and construction job schedules to maintain timely and profitable job completion.

Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Ability to perform all duties of Assistant Scheduler
• Use Company-approved computer scheduling system
• Develop pre-construction proposal/bid schedules
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in development of master project schedules, subcontractor schedules, and in updating schedules
• Perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims
• Assist in claims preparation and analysis
• Develop scheduling department procedures
• Train field personnel in scheduling procedures
• Prepare "as built" schedules
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience, including 1 year scheduling experience (preferred experience with Datacenters)
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
• Knowledge of construction methods and processes
• Construction-related scheduling experience - Critical Path Method
• Familiarity with job cost information
• Computer skills
