We are looking for a Project Delivery Advisor/Scheduler to join our Advisory Services team. In this client-facing role, you will work directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to develop and maintain conceptual planning schedules, baseline design and project schedules, integrated project schedules, and detailed construction schedules. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate project planning and delivery challenges while supporting successful project outcomes.

Our team serves a diverse range of clients across the water/wastewater, transit, transportation, environmental, and construction management sectors. We take pride in building strong client relationships and delivering solutions that positively impact the communities where we live and work. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, project managers, technical specialists, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

We offer a flexible hybrid/remote work environment, giving you the option to work from a Parametrix office for collaboration, mentorship, and client engagement, or to work remotely while staying connected with your team and leadership.

Your Role on the Team:
  • Track project details with a focus on project control practices such as cost management and earned value analysis.
  • Review and analyze project development and construction schedules.
  • Prepare detailed status reports to inform project delivery plans.
  • Use software like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to manage schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure quality project delivery.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • 1+ years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects.

Senior Scheduler:
  • 9+ years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects.

General Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in tracking project details and managing schedules.
  • Experience in cost management and earned value analysis.
  • Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teams.

Salary Range

$85,000-$140,000 USD

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
