Full Job Description
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Team

The Scaled Creator team is part of Creator Success and exists for one reason: to help every small and medium sized creator on Patreon feel supported, and grow their business on Patreon. We're a small team with an outsized portfolio - over 300,000 creators - so everything we do has to work at scale without losing the personal touch that makes Patreon unique. We work across outreach, lifecycle programming, office hours, and signal-driven retention to make sure no creator in our tier feels left behind.

About the Role

We're looking for a Scaled Partner Manager to own the programming layer for the top of the Mid-Market creator portfolio. This is a new role built for someone who wants to design the playbook, not follow one.

You'll build and run scaled, higher-touch programs for top mid-market creators, serving as a touchpoint for ~600 creators. You'll design email series, run office hours, publish newsletters, and build 1:many programming touchpoints that feel personal at scale. And when a creator in your cohort needs more - a growth conversation, a product walkthrough, a real human in their corner - you'll know when to step in.

What you'll need
  • 5 or more years of experience in creator success, partnerships, community management, or a related creator-economy role, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience building or running scaled programs, lifecycle email campaigns, or creator programming - you've owned an email series, newsletter, or event program end-to-end
  • Written communication skills demonstrated at scale - you write outreach that feels personal, and can adapt your voice for everything from a milestone congratulation email to a product tips newsletter
  • Fluency with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or equivalent) and the ability to use data signals to prioritize work across a large creator cohort
  • A track record of building repeatable processes and playbooks - you've created infrastructure or programming that continued to work without you managing every instance
  • Able to define your own structure in an early-stage role - this program doesn't exist yet, and you'll be building the approach from the ground up
Bonus if you have
  • Active or former creator yourself - any medium
  • Experience at a creator platform, MCN, talent management firm, or creator-focused startup

We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you're a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we'd love to hear from you.

Patreon offers a competitive benefits package including and not limited to salary, equity plans, healthcare, flexible time off, company holidays and recharge days, commuter benefits, lifestyle stipends, learning and development stipends, patronage, parental leave, and 401k plan with matching.

Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.

At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.

The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role's job family. The final offer will be based on candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon's leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.

Patreon reserves the right to modify or update compensation and benefits at any time.
