Role Overview

We are seeking a Saviynt Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on Saviynt implementation experience and strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) fundamentals. The role will focus on Saviynt configuration, identity lifecycle management, integrations, workflows, certifications, testing, deployment, documentation, and Agile delivery.

Required Skills
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Saviynt implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) fundamentals and end-to-end integration delivery.
• Hands-on experience implementing authoritative sources such as Database, Workday, and DAP for identity ingestion and provisioning-ready identity data.
• ServiceNow integration for access request user interfaces and ticket creation and management during onboarding and offboarding.
• Saviynt OOTB connectors and REST/SOAP integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Database, custom applications, SuccessFactor, Okta, and Collibra.
• Disconnected application integrations using FTP-based file integration.
• Two to three level approval workflows for access requests and governance processes.
• Creation and administration of Saviynt SAV roles including auditors, managers, application owners, IAM team members, help desk, and end users.
• Manager and entitlement owner certifications, including certification configuration, campaign templates, and required email templates.
• Development of OOTB and custom reports for certifications, application access, users and accounts, access requests, failed tasks and jobs, and operational metrics.
• Saviynt configuration changes to external properties files, global configuration, and SAV files for imports.
• Strong experience planning and executing unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing across the Saviynt implementation lifecycle.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for existing configurations and new development or enhancement efforts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Preferred Skills
• Experience working with federal processes and governance requirements.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery using JIRA.
• Experience with IAM architecture, security, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and configure Saviynt features including access request catalogs, approval flows, fulfillment and provisioning rules, certifications, roles, birthright access, and reporting dashboards.
• Develop and maintain workflows covering business logic, routing, SLAs, notifications, and exception handling aligned with federal processes.
• Configure connectors and provisioning for directories such as Active Directory, HR sources, ticketing systems, and healthcare applications.
• Manage attributes, entitlements, and group or role mappings for target systems.
• Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes including onboarding, transfers, terminations, deprovisioning, access removals, and certification outcomes.
• Write test cases, support UAT, and coordinate deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Support cutover and hypercare activities.
• Produce configuration and design documentation, runbooks, and evidence artifacts required for federal governance.
• Support change records, control evidence, and implementation decisions.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including daily standups, backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint demos.
• Coordinate with IAM architects, security and compliance teams, application owners, and client stakeholders.

Expected Deliverables
• Agile focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint related artifacts.
• JIRA management and sprint documentation.
• Integration artifacts including attribute and entitlement mapping sheets, connector parameters, endpoint lists, service account requirements, and error handling approaches.
• Release and deployment package inputs including change record details, environment specific configuration changes, deployment checklists, and rollback plans.
• Operational documentation including runbooks, job schedules, monitoring and alerting steps, common failure playbooks, and support handoff materials.

Education Requirement
• Bachelor's degree.
