Job Summary:- Seeking a Senior Specialist 7 to 11 years of experience with strong expertise in Sapiens Policy (P&C) to manage production support activities
Job Description:- The role involves handling production tickets troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability and performance.
- The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to support integrations across Policy Billing and Claims modules implement enhancements and drive continuous improvements
- Additionally, the role requires adherence to best practices proactive monitoring and ensuring high-quality support for the Sapiens Full Suite environment
Roles and Responsibilities:- Requirements elicitation analysis and documentation
- Provide L2 production support for Sapiens Policy (P&C) modules ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues ensuring system stability and minimal downtime
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand issues and support process improvements
- Coordinate with Billing and Claims teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth data flow across modules
- Conduct impact analysis system testing and support deployment activities for fixes and enhancements
- Monitor system performance proactively and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Manage and prioritize production tickets ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards
- Document resolution steps technical configurations and knowledge artifacts for future reference
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency
- Mentor junior team members and guide them on troubleshooting approaches and Sapiens best practices
