Responsibilities
- Lead Vistex solution design, enhancements, and production support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand pricing, rebate, incentive, and chargeback requirements.
- Design scalable Vistex solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Support Hypercare activities, critical production incidents, and complex enhancements.
- Collaborate with SD, Finance, CPI, ABAP, and Basis teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Review functional specifications and provide architectural guidance.
- Drive root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
- Participate in client workshops, design reviews, and project planning activities.
- Ensure timely communication with business and technical teams during US business hours.
Required Skills
- 15+ years SAP experience.
- 10+ years hands-on Vistex implementation and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Rebates
- Billbacks
- Chargebacks
- Incentives
- Pricing Agreements
- Vendor Funding
- Customer Incentives
- Experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong integration knowledge with:
- Experience supporting production environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
