This role will be responsible for SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Learning modules This includes but is not limited to requirements gathering, recommendations, design, functional configuration, testing and system administration for Onboarding, Recruiting, and Learning modules This role will support and manage ongoing enhancements and administration The role will also partner directly with IT, HR Sub departments and cross functional stakeholders on ethics and compliance related training, soft skills, and additional learning programming The role will report to the Lead HRIS Analyst with a focus on enhancing the 's onboarding platform along with new and existing learning requirementsThe work of this role is performed primarily in person as it relates to engagement with internal and external stakeholders
