Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) solutions. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes, implement best practices, and leverage SAP SuccessFactors capabilities to support talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules.
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand recruiting and talent acquisition needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, candidate management processes, and offer management workflows.
- Support integration of Recruiting modules with Onboarding, Employee Central, and external third-party systems.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to HR and IT teams on recruiting process optimization and system enhancements.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Deliver end-user training, system documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) solutions.
- Experience leading at least three full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK implementations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and recruiting best practices.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, and external systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware integration technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting global recruiting and talent acquisition implementations.
- Experience optimizing recruiting workflows and candidate experience processes.
- Knowledge of broader SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
- Experience working with cross-functional HR and IT teams in enterprise environments.
Certifications- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification (Preferred)
