Role

The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect will provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle, establish solution governance standards, conduct architecture reviews, mitigate implementation risks, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles. The individual must possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and consulting skills, and be capable of engaging effectively with both business and technical audiences, including executive leadership.

What you will do

  • The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, architecture, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide SAP solutions that support business transformation and strategic objectives.
  • The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, executive leadership, project teams, and technology partners to define target-state business processes, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
  • You will provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle, establish solution governance standards, conduct architecture reviews, mitigate implementation risks, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.


Required Skills

  • The role requires a seasoned SAP professional with a minimum of 20 years of SAP experience and a proven track record of delivering at least five end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, enterprise architecture, business process transformation, integration strategy, data migration, and solution governance.
  • Strong Utilities industry experience is mandatory, with a solid understanding of Meter-to-Cash, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Work Management, Customer Service, and Regulatory Compliance processes.
  • Experience with SAP IS-U and its integration with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  • The individual must possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and consulting skills, and be capable of engaging effectively with both business and technical audiences, including executive leadership.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 125,000 - CAD 250,000
