About the job you are considering The Digital Manufacturing Consultant is responsible for Assessing manufacturing plants for IT/OT maturity, KPIs , Paint points. Converting Pain points to solutions, enabling design and implementation roadmap MES/MOM systems. Translating business requirement to TrakSYS solution design. Hands on experience is TrakSYS Low code environment and custom screens and Work as conduit between Client Business, Client IT, Capgemini teams (Onsite-Offshore) and Product vendor (as needed) to come up with most optimal solution design. While this role is not expected to be the technical expert on all products and platforms, it is expected to be the knowledgeable to assess and document clients for Assets, Manufacturing Processes, Regulatory and other requirements. A key part of this role is ensuring that there is consistency in approach / processes throughout the design and implementations.
Your Profile - Understand the ISA 95, 88, MESA principles required for manufacturing process, assets and integration approaches.
- Conduct assessment at manufacturing facilities and document necessary deliverables likes Process Maps, Asset Frameworks etc.
- Participate in design reviews, final design specification review, and localization of Digital Manufacturing solutions.
- Lead the change prioritization process, working with the business to understand change requirements and collaborating with customer to understand complexity.
- Provide support for non-routine investigations (e.g., deviations, complaints).
- Prepare, review, approve, and provide support for preparation of relevant functional documents change controls, deviation investigations, validation protocols and summary reports, processing records, procedures.
- Apply process knowledge and data analysis skills to support implementation of digital manufacturing solutions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 - $193,187 / year.
