Role SAP S/4HANA EAM & SCM Functional Lead -12-16 Years, Utilities Sector The SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM Functional Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end functional leadership across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstreams within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in the Utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM modules.
- Define and validate target business processes across Maintenance, Work Management, Materials Management, Procurement, and Inventory.
2. Implementation & Delivery
- Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Oversee configuration in PM, MM, EWM, and Procurement areas.
3. Industry Expertise - Utilities
- Apply Utilities business knowledge across Generation, Transmission, Distribution, or Water/Wastewater.
4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead functional teams and collaborate closely with business SMEs and technical teams.
5. Integration & Collaboration
- Work across Finance, Field Service, GIS, Procurement, and Operations teams.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Recommend improvements leveraging S/4HANA, Fiori, predictive maintenance, and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 12-16 years SAP functional experience with strong PM, MM, SCM expertise.
- Multiple S/4HANA implementations including Utilities sector exposure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Education & Certifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or similar.
- SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:CAD 83000- 195000
