The ideal candidate has a blend of experience in both Management Consulting and Business Intelligence/ Analytics/Data Science to be able to work with clients to identify and frame their business problems, gather requirements, document use cases and functional design.
Business Analyst / Data Analyst Skills A Business Analyst (BA) at Capgemini will focus on the analysis, design and development of functional solutions for clients in a team environment. He/she will work alongside functional and industry specialists to assist with the creation of functional deliverables using established processes and procedures. He/she will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products and use individual functional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Work will be performed under direct supervision to complete assigned tasks using already established procedures and best practices.
Business Analyst Is Responsible For • Drive content development for deliverable presentation(s)
• Gather business requirements with business.
• Define use cases with business & IT
• Articulate business outcomes and support value realization
• Facilitate and coordinate workshops with business & IT
• Data aggregation and analysis; ability to synthesize large quantities of information; translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Solve clients' problems critically, structure analyses, construct analytical frameworks, and conceptualize storyboard/strategy development
• Lead workstream(s) independently and offer guidance to Data Engineers / Developers
Job Description
Data analysts import, inspect, clean, transform, validate, model, or interpret collections of data with regard to the business goals of the company. They ensure that the data sources and repositories provide consistent and reliable data. Data analysts use different algorithms and IT tools as demanded by the situation and the current data. They might prepare reports in the form of visualizations such as graphs, charts, and dashboards.

The roles plays a critical role in leveraging data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the stakeholders. Technical skills combined with consulting skills to support decision making, drive business growth, and deliver value through data driven insights.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $110,000 to $120,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
