CGI Montréal is looking for an SAP Project Manager to lead a major ERP transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, management, and delivery of the program. Working closely with CGI teams, client representatives, SAP, and other delivery partners, you will ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual commitments. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Manage the overall SAP project from mobilization through go live and stabilization
• Lead and coordinate functional, technical, and cross functional delivery teams
• Develop, maintain, and monitor the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, contractual commitments, and quality requirements
• Plan and coordinate Agile activities, including sprint preparation, backlog management, delivery tracking, and documentation
• Establish and maintain effective governance, including project committees, steering committees, and escalation mechanisms
• Prepare and lead coordination meetings with the client and other project partners
• Maintain rigorous management of risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions
• Proactively identify deviations from the plan and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Coordinate delivery across key workstreams, including Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Human Resources, Data, Integration, Security, Testing, and Deployment
• Coordinate solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness activities
• Oversee the preparation, quality, and timely delivery of project deliverables
• Manage project financials, including budget consumption, forecasting, invoicing, and resource capacity
• Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, cost, resources, and schedule
• Coordinate project resource mobilization and allocation based on program priorities
• Work closely with the SAP Solution Architect to ensure alignment between architecture decisions and project objectives
• Coordinate activities with third party vendors and technology partners
• Support the planning and coordination of testing, UAT, training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities
• Prepare and coordinate cutover, Go/No Go, go live, and stabilization activities
• Provide clear and regular project status reporting to executives and key stakeholders
• Act as the primary coordination point between CGI and the client for project delivery activities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing complex technology projects or programs
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing SAP or ERP projects
• Demonstrated experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
• Experience as the lead Project Manager on at least 3 major SAP implementation or transformation projects
• Significant experience managing projects using Agile or hybrid Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams involving functional, technical, and business resources
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and technology partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple functional domains, integrations, data migrations, and production deployments
• Excellent ability to communicate with business, technical, and executive stakeholders
• Strong leadership, team mobilization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage priorities, complex situations, and escalations
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written)

Assets
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition / RISE with SAP
• Experience with SAP Activate
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAP Activate certification
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Jira, or comparable project management and Agile delivery tools
• Experience with SAP projects integrating SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EPPM, or third-party solutions

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
