We are looking for an L2C Process Manager - Order Management & Fulfillment. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners GA. This role will lead the design, governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of SAP-enabled order management and fulfillment processes across Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products. You will serve as the business process owner for the operational flow of customer and affiliate demand from order entry through availability confirmation, planning integration, fulfillment, delivery, and billing document creation. You will partner across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Master Data, and IT to translate business needs into scalable processes and technology solutions while supporting operational excellence and the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA.
You'll make a difference by: - Owning Order Management and Fulfillment within the Lead-to-Cash value stream, including SAP sales order creation, order changes, lifecycle controls, confirmations, backlog management, delivery, returns, billing document creation, and invoicing readiness.
- Documenting, standardizing, governing, and continuously improving end-to-end order management processes to improve clean order quality, fulfillment reliability, automation, operational performance, and customer experience.
- Optimizing customer-demand flow through SAP, including availability checks, Available-to-Promise, demand requirements, MRP integration, plant determination, sourcing, planning, scheduling, delivery creation, shipping, and supply execution.
- Leading business process design for affiliate, intercompany, third-party, drop-ship, project business, and other non-standard fulfillment scenarios across connected systems.
- Owning business process requirements for EDI-enabled transactions, including customer orders, order acknowledgments, shipment notifications, invoices, and related COMPAS-to-SAP or system integration needs.
- Translating operational needs and process gaps into requirements, process maps, user stories, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, prioritized improvement initiatives, training, documentation, and adoption plans.
- Supporting SAP S/4HANA and SHERPA X readiness, business engagement, testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, solution adoption, and transformation initiatives affecting plants, acquisitions, product launches, and organizational changes.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience with the following:
- SAP-enabled Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, order management, customer service, supply chain, manufacturing, or fulfillment processes.
- Sales order processing, availability checks, demand and MRP integration, delivery processing, billing, invoicing, and connected order-flow requirements.
- Intercompany, affiliate, EDI-enabled, third-party, drop-ship, project business, or other non-standard fulfillment processes.
- End-to-end process analysis, business requirements, process mapping, testing, deployment, training, documentation, continuous improvement, or business process governance.
- Cross-functional stakeholder partnership, analytical problem solving, facilitation, communication, and translating process gaps into scalable solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: - SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution experience, including SD integration with MM, EDI, pricing, billing, and master data.
- COMPAS or other CPQ/configuration platform experience integrated with SAP or related order management systems.
- Manufacturing, distribution, project business, affiliate, intercompany, third-party, or drop-ship fulfillment model experience.
- Jira, Agile, SAFe delivery, process mining, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled process improvement tool experience.
- Lean Six Sigma, business process management, continuous improvement, or transformation experience supporting standardized, scalable, and practical business solutions.

The pay range for this position is 91,463 - 156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
